The III red lights problem means there is a general hardware failure. The 1st thing you want to try is to dis-connect everything and let your Xbox 360 sit for 20 minutes disconnected from the power. The main objective is that you need to remove the X clamp from the motherboard that supports the heat sink. After which the heat sinkare repaired back in their correct positions with the help of a screw and bolt. This ensures that your processor gets enough air and gets cooled naturally.
