This site was created after I became disillusioned with the multitude of profit making organisations. Now I am not claiming fr one minute that the ads on this site do not bring in some income. This income however pays for the hosting of this site and makes certain it remains in existance to help us all. So why create this site? It was to share my deep rooted emotionally charged over eating feelings. You see over eaters eat too much due to other things rather than they are hungry. I can eat and eat until I need to lie down because my stomach is so full. However I wont lie down and think of ways of losing weight, still feeling full I will be thinking of my next binge. This all to familiar cycle of binge, guilt binge is so mis-undertsood across the globe and the reason you are reading this now. So how can we as a group change this mentality? Four things we must begin to practice 1. regular exercise; 2. eat food reglarly 3. eat the right portion size & 4. eat little meat and lots of veg. If we practice these four simple yet so difficult practices we WILL lose weight.
