Lose Belly Fat With Fruit Baby Yeah!

For those of you that have been visiting the blog regularly and leaving comments, thankyou.

Why have I not posted for so long you maybe asking? Well I have had the hardest few months of my life. To be honest my aim to lose belly fat has taken a back seat, I will explain. In June I nearly lost the love of my life and wife Sharon. She started with phlebitus in her leg on Sunday 07/06/2009. By the Wednesday she could hardly stand without being out of breath.

On the Friday she was rushed into hospital with a suspected pulminary embolism. She spent 2 weeks in hospital and we found subsequently found out that it was a bilateral pulminary embolism which could of proved fatal. I thank god that it wasnt and she is still with the boys and me. She is still recovering and the doctors have tld us it cold take a year for her to fully recover. Anyway that is the reason 1 that this blog has not been updated in months.  The second is that my dear mother has also been in hospital over the last few months and only yesterday came home so it is with this renewed ptimism that I start a programe to lose belly fat again. What better way to signal the arrival of a new season than a new look for the site. I hope you like it and it encourages you to eat more fruit.

So yesterday was my first visit to the gym since August (I have put 14llbs n since then). I had a really good work out but it was hard and I a going to go in the morning to try to kick start the belly loss program. Keep going and dont give up even if your last visit was years ago.

  1. Hi Mark,

This is actually the first time I have visited your blog. I am a fellow student of John Thornhill’s. I am so sorry to hear of your family troubles. It is not nice when something happens to them. My mother had to have heart surgery earlier in the year, her valves were blocked, so I can relate to the fear and uncertainty. ;)

Stay positive and stay focused, but remember family and life balance should always come first. :)

All the best, and ggod to see you back blogging.

    Kind Regards

    Jacinta :D

  16. Hi Mark, fairplay to you my friend for keeping it all going. I know what you’ve been through Mark. I had a minor operation back in June and was told it would heal within 2 weeks, 3 months later it still hadn’t. Then my mum had a bleed to her brain in September and was in ICU on life support for weeks. She’s now been moved to our local hospital, which has allowed me to get back on the keyboard and get some work done.

I have to go back into hospital for another operation, (to put the last one right), in the new year. So it’s a case of doing what i can when i can.

But you’re absolutely right, “Keep going and don’t give up”. I’ve recently said the same on my blog.

Mark, I wish you and your whole family good health. Make sure that your wife and mother are spoilt this Christmas, as i will mine.

Take good care my friend, and stay strong.

    Respect and Regards, Barry
