The Forum Is Now Online

Hello Everyone

I hope your weight loss journey is progressing well and your motivation levels are still high on your journey to lose belly fat. I am still off work with my shoulder injury but I am hoping to return next Thursday although it is sore today, we will have to see how it is next week.

Anyway, I have been hard at work creating a forum for everyone to get involved. It is free to register and it is your forum so if you have any suggestions as to how to improve it let me know.

Please be as critical as you like with your comments on the forum as I want it to be user friendly and appealing to the masses. Please also let as many people as you can know about the forum as the more people it has involved the more benefit it will be to us as the increased knowledge base is crucial to helping overweight people.
