Bonjour, Olla, Hello, etc etc

Hello Everyone

For those of you that subscribed to the weight loss blog prior to 14/02/2009 I’m afraid the host server was hacked and as a result the previous blog was lost. As a result I now have to start from the beginning with a new blog aimed at helping various subject matter. My expertise is within the field of quality assurance, ebay and other business management and dog obedience – which is my hobby. However weight loss is the wall I am continually trying to break through as I have been battling with obesity for much of my life.  I am also a keen fisherman and have a similar blog on fly fishing which you can access by clicking on the links.
